The oven Alexandros is environment friendly and it can work with wood or automatic supply of biomass. Its indirect heating system ensures continuous and healthy cooking without smoke or inimical gases. It is fuel saving and is designed to be adapted to the surrounding with all the advantages of a handmade manufacture. The baking-cooking area is made of stainless steel 304 and is separated from the burning chamber by a flat heat proof iron-steel material that ensures even heat distribution. It has electric installation with light and ventilator for air circulation that contributes to even heat distribution. According to EU regulations everything works with a transformer. The chamber is insulated to avoid overheating of covers.

The oven also is portable as it can be placed on wheel base that can be also used for wood storage.
